On March 16-17 I’ll be attending the New York County Lawyer Association’s ” 30th Annual Civil Trial Practice Institute.” If anyone needs to catch up on their CLE, this looks likes a good place to do it (you get 16 credits).
It might be helpful to those who want to get an introduction to private practice without going the [I forgot the name, but it's a very expensive trial advocacy class] route.
While searching for the class that I can’t remember, I found this website: Winning Trial Advocacy Techniques. It’s a great resource; check it out.
