A couple of days ago I received an email from, John M. Hochfelder, Esq. about his new blog www.NewYorkInjuryCasesBlog.com. I kept on meaning to check it out, but couldn’t drag myself away from all of the no-fault happenings going on–the pull was too great. Today my daughter woke me up from my no-fault stupor with a well placed shot to the temple with a very hard Dora the Explorer doll.

Soon after the Dora to the head, I checked my email and interweb-stumbled over to Mr. Hochfelder’s blog. As it turns out, it’s really good. The blog is devoted to “News & Updates on Pain & Suffering Verdicts & Settlements.” The blog also has some very detailed pictures of the injuries and surgeries involved.
