The CLE was a resounding success

As you probably recall, the Brooklyn Bar Association hosted Strategies and Pitfalls for the No-Fault Practitioner on September 30th.  And the speakers were, in no particular order of importance, Steven J. Neuwirth, David M. Gottlieb (me), Jason Tenenbaum, Jeffrey S. Siegel, John J. Rossillo, and Gary Tsirelman.  You can rearrange the order in your head if it makes you feel better.

The CLE was extremely well attended.  By my count there were over 100 people attending.  We discussed Prima Facie, Medical Necessity, Staged Accidents, Motions, and Recent Caselaw, among other things.  While the CLE was only two hours long, it could have easily been an all day event.  Lucky for all of you, there will be more.  The CLE was an overview.  A taste of no fault.  Sweet sweet no-fault.  Make sure to check here for future CLEs.

Thanks to everyone for coming.  Thanks to all the panelists.  And thank you Brooklyn Bar Association and Hon. Alice Fisher Rubin for hosting the whole thing.

If anyone has pictures of the panel, please send them my way.
